In Loving Memory of Grandpa John Adams

We sadly lost our
Grandpa John
Saturday June 12, 2010
Just wanted to share some of our favorite pictures of him and the fam
At the temple when Grandma and Grandpa got married in April 2005
The whole family was there.....Mary is in my belly :-) John with the wedding gift he got from a good friend. His toggle switch board!Holding little Mary Scarlet
so Mom and I could putter around in her garden

The girls and I went to visit Grandpa and Grandma in Texas when they were on their road trip.

Grandpa John teaching the girls how to read the worn engraving on headstones
Note: He has a tool belt on with all the needed items. He loved that tool belt ;-)

We love you Grandpa John!

He was a wonderful man! He loved his family so much and thought of others all the time. He loved to do genealogy, temple work and fulfill his calling. He loved our Grandma Troy Mae very much and always wanted the best for her.

We love Grandpa and will miss him a ton!
We look forward to the time when we are reunited with him in eternity.

Mary's Soccer

My Sweet Mary is a soccer player! She finished her first session a few weeks ago, I think I liked it more than she did since she says she doesn't want to play next fall. :(
She wants to dance so I guess I will reluctantly try that :-)

Mary loves coach Michelle, she is just awesome!
And Michelle just happens to be her BFF Kara's mom!

We had an AWESOME bunch of kiddo's on our team!
It has been so much fun!

I think Mary loved me coaching and much as I love to coach soccer.

Mary was so cute when she played her games or at practiced, she would just laugh and giggle every time she got the ball and continue laugh all the way up the field. She was good at using her hands to keep you behind her. However, she tended to give up easily when the ball was stolen from her and she FELT like there was no chance of catching whomever, or she just didn't want to run anymore. ;)

You just gotta love the experiences and opportunities you get to have with children!

It is time!

I know I have fallen off the blog wagon but have decided to join again! Life has been crazy in the Rashworth Family for the last little bit. Not in a bad way just crazy. My sister and her 3 kids lived with us last year for about 6 months. Then my mom and step dad moved in and stayed for 6 months.
We are by ourselves again and realizing how much we missed it just being us :)

My Vancouver bff moved away to Nevada

and my Seattle bff is moving to Arizona at the end of June :(

This has been a weird transition but I have had come out of my comfort zone a little and had to not rely so much on my girlfriends and more on my boyfriend and #1 eternal companion
Ryan :)
Let me just say he has taken to the task and is doing fabulous,
I do think he thinks it is a bit weird for me to call him in the middle of the night and tell him a blueberry poop story involving our little gal Mary. However he did laugh hysterically. More to come on that in a later post!

We took a trip at the beginning of May to New York! We were blessed enough to be able to go see Ryan's little bro Glenn graduate from dental school. It was a fabulous trip! Here are a couple of highlights.
Here we are at Nigira Falls....Cold & Wet but FUN & BEAUTIFUL
Scott is taking the picture
Christy and Caleb not pictured they are inside staying dry and warm and maybe because Cab's has a slight fear of heights ;)

Uncle Scott and Geneve
I just love this picture

These cousins Ceila, Eliza and Geneve had so much fun together!
Lasting friendships for sure!
More to come on our trip some exciting adventures........
