Eliza's 8th Birthday

Eliza turned 8 on the 14th is was great! Maybe it was the magic number 8, or maybe it was that we had all girls this year, or maybe i finally realized what the kids really want out of a birthday! We had the best party! Friends, 104 degrees outside with a water slide, some water balloons, a trampoline, swings, pizza, all the bottle soda you could want, and cake t'boot. Then after dark a movie alvin and the chipmunk drive in style in the backyard with soda pop, popcorn, and movie candy! The girls brought their sleeping bags and pillows and layed out under the stars for a movie. It was so much fun!~!!~~!!!~~

Eliza's Baptism August 16th

Eliza's baptism was awesome! It was so simple yet the spirit was strong and the feeling was just awesome. Eliza got to share her baptism day with one of her BFF's Elley Lyman. She is 2 days older than Eliza. They are so cute! I posted 19 pictures in the slide show and added captions. It is so hard to put into words the feelings you have when your first child has made the choice to be baptized. I just hope we, as parents have taught her and continue to teach her what she needs to know to be a great adult and eternal partner!
